We happily brew not only beer, but experiences since May 2010 under the name of the producing house “Cervezas Extra Premium de San Luis, S. de R.L. de C.V”.
Why “7 Barrios”? We are a company 100% potosina, for that reason, we want people to be able to recognize the origin of our beer by just reading our brand. 7 Barrios means the most important seven small towns of our city, San Luis Potosí: San Sebastian, Santiago, San Cristóbal del Montecillo, Tlaxcala, San Miguelito, San Juan de Guadalupe and Tequisquiapan.

Our source of inspiration are the visionaries who started and revolutionized the beer production in our city, San Luis Potosí, at the end of the XVlll century. With the same passion, the craft beer “7 Barrios” is born. We happily brew not only beer, but experiences since May 2010 under the name of the producing house “Cervezas Extra Premium de San Luis, S. de R.L. de C.V”.
Our mission to you
Based on quality ingredients and ecological awareness in all our process, we are dedicated to creating an “Extra Premium” beer to satisfy the most demanding palates and give the best impression to new consumers who are looking for supreme textures and flavors in a beer. But above all, we are committed to share with you an unforgettable 7B moment.
Our process and ingredients
We are part of the “ale” family of beers. We use traditional and natural ingredients such as: Water, wheat and barley malt, hops and yeast. Our beers are not filtered or pasteurized, for that reason you are able to see traces of its elaboration (yeast sediments) at the bottom of the bottle.

In “7 Barrios” : craft beer” we have 3 categories, which are: Line Beers, available all year round (Blonde Ale, Amber Ale, Pale Ale, American Wheat, Brown Ale and Robust Porter); Seasonal Beers, as the name says it, you can find them seasonably (Red Ale/ Spring, Spice &Herb/Autumn, Basil Pale Ale/Autumn, Winter Ale/Winter); and we also have our House Beers, which are the product of our experimentation workshop, where beers of high specialty are design to reinvent and improve ourselves.
